The ideas are just ingenious, completely taking traditional forms of advertisement and turning them on there heads, which in the McDonald's pictures is literally the case.
This one would certainly get someones attention. Besides the fact a standard 2D advertisement now has 3D elements coming out, your initial reaction when you first see this is that there has been an accident, before realising the context of the situation and how funny it is.
